The Science and the Law… Pacific Northwest Mesothelioma Litigation…

Being a writer is pretty great, because you never know what new topic you may explore. Mesothelioma had been a periphery word to me until working on this piece; I was fascinated to discover the Pacific Northwest is a hotbed for asbestos disease and to learn how the attorneys at BDOU are part-lawyers, part-detectives. Hearing their stories was really fascinating, I felt myself wanting to make this piece much longer. Restraint!

Because the window between asbestos exposure and a mesothelioma diagnosis can be anywhere from 15-50 years, mesothelioma litigation often relies on extensive investigation and research to build a case.
